We want you to love your Casablanca piece. If it’s not quite right, our return and exchange options make it simple.

Return window & eligibility
- Return window: 30 days from delivery for a refund; 45 days for store credit or exchange.
- Condition: New, unused, unwashed, with original tags and accessories attached; include branded packaging (dust bags, boxes) where applicable.
- Wear & care: No signs of wear, odors, stains, pet hair, alterations, or damage.
- Proof of purchase: Required (order number or receipt).
How to start a return
- Locate your order number and email.
- Visit our Returns Portal: casablancatshirt.org/returns.
- Select items, choose refund, store credit, or exchange, and request an RMA.
- Receive your prepaid label (US) or instructions (international).
- Pack securely and drop off within 7 days of label creation.
To protect inventory, returns without an approved RMA may be refused.
Exchanges
- One free size or color exchange per item for US orders.
- We place a 7‑day hold on the requested replacement after RMA approval.
- If the exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit per your selection.
Refunds
- Refund method: Original payment method; store credit is issued as a digital gift card.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility; your bank may take an additional 2–7 business days to post.
- Deductions: US returns using our label incur a $9.95 return shipping fee deducted from the refund. Exchanges and returns for damaged/incorrect items are free.
- Partial refunds may apply if items arrive used or missing packaging; heavily used items may be declined and returned to you.
Return shipping
- United States: Prepaid label provided via the Returns Portal. Drop‑off instructions are included.
- International: Customers arrange and pay for tracked, insured shipping to our New York return address. Mark the shipment “Returned Goods.”
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
Exceptions & non‑returnable items
- Final Sale items (clearly marked) are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Underwear, bodysuits, socks, face masks, and beauty/fragrance are final sale.
- Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner intact and all tags attached.
- Customized, monogrammed, or altered items are not eligible for return.
- Bundles must be returned complete to be eligible.
International returns
- Use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Keep your receipt until your refund is issued.
- Customs/duties paid are not refundable by us. You may claim with your local authority where applicable.
- Currency differences may apply due to exchange rates at the time of refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packing slip. We will provide a complimentary label and prioritize a replacement or refund.

Gifts & store credit
- Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you can be returned for store credit to the gift recipient.
- If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.
Order cancellations & edits
- We begin processing quickly. Requests to cancel or modify are accepted within 30 minutes of placing your order during business hours.
- If your order has shipped, you may initiate a return upon delivery.
Holiday return window
Orders placed November 15 through December 31 may be returned until January 15 of the following year, following the eligibility rules above.

Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to send the item back once I get a label?
Please drop off the parcel within 7 days of label creation. Labels used past this window may be voided.
Can I return a sale item?
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible. Non-final sale items discounted during promotions follow our standard policy.
When will I see my refund?
Most refunds post 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return, depending on your bank.
Do you offer instant exchanges?
Yes. Select exchange at the Returns Portal to secure inventory. We ship your replacement once your return scans in transit or is received.
Can I drop off a return in person?
We do not currently offer in-person returns. Please use the Returns Portal to receive instructions and a label.
