United States

  • Standard (3–6 business days) — $8, free $200+
  • Expedited (2–3 business days) — $25

Canada

  • Express (2–4 business days) — From $28
  • Duties/taxes calculated at checkout where available

International

  • Duties and taxes may be due on delivery where not prepaid
  • Remote area delivery times may vary

Cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2:00 pm ET (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing & Handling

Order verification

All orders are security-checked to protect you from fraud. In rare cases we may request additional verification to proceed.

Packaging

Garments are inspected, folded with tissue, and placed in recyclable materials. Gift-ready on request—leave a note at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking is emailed once your label is created.
  • Signatures required on orders over $500 by default; contact us to waive at your discretion.
  • We may ship items separately to meet promised timelines. You’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel.

Missed or late deliveries

  • Check tracking scans and any delivery notes.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery or check with neighbors/concierge.
  • If still unresolved after 48 hours from the last scan, contact [email protected] with your order number.

Addresses & Restrictions

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS. Expedited and Overnight services are not available to PO Boxes.

Address changes

We can modify or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement during business hours. After dispatch, redirect requests must be made with the carrier.

Shipping limits

We cannot ship to embargoed countries or where carrier service is unavailable. Fragrance or hazardous goods are not offered.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

United States

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your destination. No duties on domestic shipments.

International

For select destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Otherwise, the carrier will collect these fees upon delivery. Refusal of delivery due to duties will be treated as a return; shipping and fees may be non-refundable.

Actual assessments are determined by your local customs authority and may vary from estimates shown at checkout.

Package Protection

  • Every shipment includes standard carrier liability coverage.
  • Claims for loss: please report within 14 days of the last tracking scan.
  • Claims for damage: report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the shipping box, label, and item.

Pre‑orders & Backorders

Estimated ship windows appear on the product page and confirmation email. We capture payment at checkout to reserve your item. Mixed carts may ship separately so available items reach you sooner.

Peak & Holiday Periods

During high-volume periods, processing may extend by 1–2 business days. We publish cutoff dates for holiday delivery on this page—check back for seasonal updates.

Shipping FAQs

Yes. Add the hotel name, your full name, and the arrival date to the shipping address. We recommend choosing a speed that arrives during your stay and alerting the front desk.

Orders over $500 ship with Signature Required by default. If you prefer no signature, reply to your confirmation email before dispatch—this transfers delivery liability to you.

Carrier deliveries may occur on Saturdays in many metros. We currently do not offer Sunday courier service.

If a parcel is undeliverable and returned, we’ll contact you to reship (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping once received back in our studio.
