Cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2:00 pm ET (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders are security-checked to protect you from fraud. In rare cases we may request additional verification to proceed.
Garments are inspected, folded with tissue, and placed in recyclable materials. Gift-ready on request—leave a note at checkout.
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS. Expedited and Overnight services are not available to PO Boxes.
We can modify or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement during business hours. After dispatch, redirect requests must be made with the carrier.
We cannot ship to embargoed countries or where carrier service is unavailable. Fragrance or hazardous goods are not offered.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your destination. No duties on domestic shipments.
For select destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Otherwise, the carrier will collect these fees upon delivery. Refusal of delivery due to duties will be treated as a return; shipping and fees may be non-refundable.

Estimated ship windows appear on the product page and confirmation email. We capture payment at checkout to reserve your item. Mixed carts may ship separately so available items reach you sooner.

Yes. Add the hotel name, your full name, and the arrival date to the shipping address. We recommend choosing a speed that arrives during your stay and alerting the front desk.
Orders over $500 ship with Signature Required by default. If you prefer no signature, reply to your confirmation email before dispatch—this transfers delivery liability to you.
Carrier deliveries may occur on Saturdays in many metros. We currently do not offer Sunday courier service.
If a parcel is undeliverable and returned, we’ll contact you to reship (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping once received back in our studio.
